Robert has come initially from a travel and tourism background which has led him to education and personal development. He set up his own company on professional courses which he has been running for the past three years. He is a qualified assessor and has delivered level 5 programmes to learners in recruitment, football, construction, banking and ICT industries. Alongside this, he was working with startup businesses in London, Tel Aviv and Berlin on organisational culture and innovation.
Academically, Robert has achieved an Executive Master of Business Administration and has recently finished writing his book on building communities in business; this will be launched in Spring 2017.
Initially coming from a management background in Retail, Panos has been working with many high profile brands which include Georgio Armani, Selfridges Watch Gallery, and Longines. Panos developed a passion for training and development within this sector and has studied psychology for his degree; this led him onto organisational psychology for his MSc which made him the perfect match for the BRITE team.
Panos has recently completed his assessor training programme and is working with a group of managers in qualifying them on a level 5 programme in Leadership and Management.
