COACHING

Put simply; coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than on the distant past or future. While there are many different models of coaching, here we are not considering the ‘coach as expert’ but, instead, the coach as a facilitator of learning.

There is a vast difference between teaching someone and helping them to learn. In coaching, fundamentally, the coach is helping the individual to improve their performance: in other words, helping them to learn.

Within this course, we will uncover some of the critical elements of coaching and learning which helps the person to develop strong performance in the workplace and to increase higher productivity and performance in their work.

Objectives:

To understand the fundamentals of learning styles and the best formats to implement into the organisation.

Be able to grow and develop critical skills in coaching and the implementation of practical skills which support the workers.

Understand how to work with different stakeholders, understanding the trust and transparency which needs to be implemented into the connection to grow the business.

Testing of knowledge:

Multiple choice quizzes are implemented into each section

Section three activities are based on practical exercises which you can implement into the organisation
